Cementos BSA

New aggregates preparation plant – Lo Blanco
San Bernardo – Santiago. 2013. Cap. 300 tph.

Development of aggregate preparation plant, considering Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Quaternary stages.
This project solves the construction of the plant in only 80 m. long, with a mixed sand preparation line (dry and wet), which allows the generation of sand ready for use in concrete. Additionally, a 90% water recirculation process is installed in an area of ​​high scarcity. |More|

Codelco Chuquicamata

Sixth Crushing Line
Calama – Santiago. 2011-2012. Cap. 1,500 tph

Design, development and construction of a Sixth Mineral Crushing Line with Secondary and Tertiary stages, solving the complex challenge and restrictions of its installation, without producing impacts on the operation.
MARSA manages to optimize its integration in a location with difficult access and a reduced space for plants of this type. With this new line, it was possible to generate operational continuity for the other 5 lines. |More|

Grinding plant feeding system

Design and construction of a new Tripper belt for filling the ore feed hoppers of the grinding plant.
The project effectively integrates the developed solution and optimizes its installation, solving space restrictions and difficulties due to the location of the plant. |More|

Anglo American Mantoverde Division

Expansion of material handling system
III Region – Chile. 2010-2011. Cap. 3,000 tph

Development of a new Overland belt extension for handling material to landfill. The designed solution is installed in an area of ​​500 m. going up an inclined plane, reusing existing systems, which considerably reduces project costs. |More|

Oxides Plant Transportation System

Development of a transport system for copper oxide minerals for their final disposal in a LIX pile.
This project considered the engineering, supply and installation of 2 Overland belts, one of them with a mobile tripper trolley and jump belts, to solve the final disposal of the ore in pile. |More|

Calama – Chile. 2008-2009. Cap. 1,500 tph

Design and construction of a low-grade mixed mineral crushing plant, considering Primary, Secondary and Tertiary stages.
This project was developed by substantially shortening the installation times, with a flexible and modular design that allowed its transport and subsequent disassembly. |More|

New Aggregate preparation plant – Pozo San Bernardo
Lonquén – Santiago. 2007-2008. Cap. 450 tph

MARSA develops the largest aggregate preparation plant for concrete in Chile, supporting the boom in the construction sector. The design of the plant allows the efficient arrangement of 5 types of aggregates with reduced use of space. Also arranged at 40m below ground level.
