Marsa introduces new Deep Cone thickener technology in Chile, in conjunction with the Italian company MATEC, to develop a new recycling plant for process water used for washing aggregates. Its installation solves space and distance restrictions 1.3 km from the aggregate preparation plant, with a difference in level of 40m. Additionally, the design is adjusted to the strong seismic demands of Chile. |More|

Sierra Gorda – Chile. 2015-2016. Cap. 300 tph.

Design and implementation of a mineral handling system, consisting of a series of mobile equipment that allows its integration with hopper trucks, to facilitate the formation of LIX piles and their subsequent collection. A modular and completely mobile and flexible design is achieved, with low Capex and Opex rates that allowed the feasibility and profitability of the project. Screen Classifier in Ferro Molybdenum Plant

Development and technological complementation that enables the classification of crushed FeMo, through the use of a special 10 m x 1 m Resonance Screen. This solution is the first screen of its kind in Chile, capable of separating the crushed material into 5 fractions that are discharged directly onto receiving hoppers.
