MARSA is awarded modernization of production plants of Henkel’s company Aislantes Nacionales.
Marsa will develop the modernization project for two production areas for Henkel’s main adhesive and mortar brands, incorporating equipment and technology that will automate processes and increase their production capacity.
Aislantes Nacionales, a company belonging to the Henkel group that manufactures and markets the Bekron and Bemezcla brands in its plant in Quilicura, has established itself as an important player in the Chilean market for adhesives for ceramics and construction materials, thanks to the quality of its formulation and components. In their challenge to continue strengthening their market position and leadership, these companies trusted MARSA to expand their main production plants, due to its proven capacity and experience in executing challenging engineering projects for the treatment and handling of materials.
Our client has asked us to ensure a design of the new material handling processes and their construction with minimal impact interventions, without interruption of normal operation and solving important spatial restrictions for their integration.
The Bekron and Bemezcla brands have led the market for their constant innovation in adhesive solutions, generating a wide range of specialized formulations to satisfy the highest demands on the quality of finishes. According to this, MARSA will incorporate modern technology equipment worldwide for the automation of material handling processes. With this innovation, the defined safety results, high quality of the final product and increased manufacturing capacity will be achieved.
MARSA is proud to participate in this project that will contribute great value to the technological advancement of our client and will allow it to have sustainable production processes and continue to consolidate Henkel’s strong position in this industry.
